Nature of the service

Consultations offer astrological guidance based on traditional Vedic (Jyotish) methods. They are provided for personal insight and reflection. Astrology is not a science-based prediction and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Not professional advice

Our services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, immigration or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters and do not delay or stop any treatment or legal action because of an astrological consultation.

Eligibility

Our services are for adults aged 18 or over. Parents or guardians may consult on behalf of a child.

Your information

The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. Please give your best information, and tell us where you are unsure.

Fees and payment

Panditji first speaks with you about your concern. Fees are shared after that first conversation, in a currency agreed with you, and there is no obligation to proceed. Payment options for international clients are confirmed at that time.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or miss the session, the session may be treated as completed.

Refunds

If Panditji cancels a confirmed session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund. Completed consultations are not refundable.

Recording

Please ask before recording a session so that this can be agreed in advance.
